Overview
Probdq is a B2B commercial portal built for a group of specialized coffee and chocolate production divisions. My mandate was to design a platform that's fast, intuitive, and built to scale: one capable of handling custom orders and a high volume of SKUs without compromising ease of use.
Objective
Building a user-friendly platform started with a cleanup: extracting the essential data from the old system, removing discontinued products, and eliminating duplicate items and SKUs.
From that foundation, I built a new theme designed for easier navigation, with a friendly interface and a clear navigation bar. A linked CRM form was integrated directly into the site to track new customers more efficiently, and the cart and payment gateway were rebuilt around a frictionless checkout flow.
