Brûlerie du Quai is a well-established roaster of premium blends and single-origin coffee. But two decades in, the brand began to feel dated and started to struggle to engage with new customers.

Brûlerie du Quai is a specialty coffee roaster known for its technical, professional approach to the craft. They came to me to refresh their entire shelf presence. A redesign meant to make their products instantly recognizable and unmistakably set apart.

Réserve Sélecte is a curation of the finest coffee microlots the earth has to offer. For this project, Brûlerie du Quai asked me to design an entirely new packaging language; one worthy of the exceptional coffee it holds.

Brûlerie du Quai approached me to package their finest coffee lots into a sampler box worthy of the beans inside. Rather than default to the familiar codes, I set out to explore an avenue that hadn't been tried before: a brutalist, unapologetically minimal presentation that lets the coffee itself take center stage.

For this edition, I moved the concept beyond simply eating chocolates and counting down to Christmas. Instead, each day becomes a real moment of bliss meant to be shared in good company.

Cantine Drive-In celebrated 75 years in business in 2026, and to mark that success and longevity, they asked me to build them a whole new graphic language: from logo to menu, imagery, and even the exterior of the restaurant itself.

Bassan is the raw material of creators who find inspiration in the intense flavours of pure chocolate. They approached me to help them bring their vision to life, to present chocolate in its purest form.

In the same momentum as the brand identity refresh and to stay consistent with the new art direction, Brûlerie du Quai asked me to be the head director for the development of their new website.

Probdq is a B2B commercial portal built for a group of specialized coffee and chocolate production divisions. My mandate was to design a platform that's fast, intuitive, and built to scale: one capable of handling custom orders and a high volume of SKUs without compromising ease of use.

This series of chocolate bars set out to bring originality and fun to the shelf. Chaleur B approached me to dress all six variations of their Tablette Créative line — bars that blend chocolate with other delicious ingredients into playful new combinations.

Mac Music Club, or MMC, is McGill University's Macdonald Campus music collective. Formed in the late 2010s to bring students together through the joy of playing music. I took on their identity refresh pro bono, drawn to their mission of building community through music.
